They need consistency and Marino is well aware of that. He insists on keeping the things together on the pitch, and ti was well seen in some points of the lost game to Palermo and even to Inter. They still lack winning on the runs, and that is exactly what Udinese need to get in the Europe race. We keep saying this team is young and with huge potential, but they have been playing together for a long time and it is about the time for that quality to stick out. If you had the chance to take a look at them this season, they are playing better than all the teams from the lower part of the standings. Wherever they play and whoever they meet, Veronesi don’t give up their game and that approach has to bring results. Three strikers on the green pushed hard, once they scored Catania lost the tempo and even when hosts managed to level the score Chievo were the ones not pleased by a draw. Many people wondered and questioned our claim that Chievo have the mid-table potential. What made us believe that was not the players’ quality but their system. They are no better than other teams in the dogfight, but they have the experience, they have been together for a long time and they are capable to score against any team in the league.
